Coyuchi began as a boutique organic home textiles retail shop in the idyllic coastal town of Point Reyes, California, serving consumers, independent dealers and designers mostly through word-of-mouth. Despite a decade of operation, revenue remained well under $1M until a mission-driven investor acquired the brand with ambitions to scale.

As the project that would give birth to Full Stream Group, our founder Matt Levinthal joined the company to launch the ecommerce channel but quickly expanded scope to transform nearly every aspect of the front-end consumer experience, and backend teams, tools and processes to deliver that experience –building from a team of 2 to a dozen and leading:
